This version is named
Trippy Animation with obvious good reason. Unfortunately, this YouTube presentation isn't the artists post. So, the freaky cover of
The Moody Blues "Knights in White Satin" isn't the music that the animation was originally put to. Fortunately, credit was made to the rightful artist and I did more digging. The artist is Anthony Francisco Schepperd. From what I can gather, he was commissioned by Ninjatune Records to create this music video for a song called
"The Music Scene" by Blockhead. Although, my interest was peaked by the cover of Knights in White Satin done by
Zed's Dead , I did wonder through the animation why it wasn't quite perfectly synchronized. It was pretty close, and I spent a lot of time pre-occupied with the animation itself, but once you see the animation in its originally intended purpose as a music video for Blockhead, the sync is very well choreographed.
